Compensation $18.11 - $20.13 hourly. Commission (Exempt) Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership you sell, and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass you sell! Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise). Job Description As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will help manage the restaurant, expectations, and employees. Your goal is to ensure guests receive an "incredible" experience every time they visit Chuck E. Cheese. Eligible for a $3,000 signing and retention bonus, paid according to CEC’s guidelines. Job Responsibilities Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, and support while upholding product quality, cleanliness, and company standards. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, and developing the team and communicating company and guest expectations. Coaching, teaching, and motivating the team to maintain high-quality guest service and safety. Exercise sound business judgement in cost control, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management. Key Skills Coaching and developing others. Integrity and ethical behavior. Effective communication. Empowering others. Valuing diversity. Time and priority management. Problem solving and decision making. Minimum Qualifications At least 21 years of age. High‑school diploma or GED; college degree preferred. Minimum of two years of management experience in the food service industry or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager. Essential Job Functions and Work Environment Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during a scheduled shift. Must stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during a scheduled shift. The work environment includes flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to non‑weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions.
