At Tesla, Integration Leads serve as the critical link between technology development, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning/operations for our polysilicon refinery project. This role is the on-site technical owner for a specific process area, ensuring the plant is built and operated in a manner that fully realizes the technological intent. What You'll Do Own end-to-end communication and alignment between technology, detailed design, construction, and commissioning/operations team.
