Registered Nurse - NICU

Role Overview Responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans in the NICU, serving as the primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Duties include assessing patient conditions, documenting and communicating care details, executing physician and nursing orders, and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team. Qualifications and Skills Requires valid RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license, BLS certification within 30 days, and preferred certifications in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program and Neonatal Resuscitation. A diploma from an accredited nursing school and at least one year of NICU or Women's Health experience are preferred.
