About the Role
The Company is seeking a Division Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be the most senior financial officer in their area of responsibility, with a key role in the business area/division leadership team. This position is pivotal in establishing an effective and cost-efficient finance support platform, leading business strategy, and providing financial insight on strategic initiatives. The CFO will be accountable for strategic finance leadership, performance management, governance, and financial operations. They must ensure strong financial governance, compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes. Candidates for the CFO role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with over 15 years' of experience in business controlling within a global environment, and a minimum of 10 years in a financial management role. The role requires a solid command of finance processes, systems, and tools, as well as deep financial strategy, planning, and execution experience. Business acumen in industrial automation or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering results in complex, international business environments, and be recognized for their leadership, collaboration, and strategic skills. Multilingual capabilities and experience in M&A are also considered an asset.
