Senior Project ManagerIDEXX is growing rapidly and is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to support the global Lab Information Management PMO. In this role, you will oversee and manage high visibility projects, focusing on implementation of our new Global Lab Information System while working closely with our global lab operations teams. Your role will include scope definition, creation and communication of end-to-end project plans, clearly outlined dependencies and roles, as well as risk assessment and escalation of issues to ensure successful project completion.IDEXX reference laboratories is a global network united by a shared commitment to enhancing pet care where the true strength in our name is the people behind it. You have superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow through on tasks. You don't get overwhelmed, or distracted easily.You can lead multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams and can manage customer expectationsYou mentor, train, and motivate other project managers on core project management skills, and may be asked to directly manage staff.You get things done, you have experience and knowledge of project management, with an in-depth working knowledge of PM lifecycle processes, including both agile and waterfall.You understand the impact of a highly satisfied, excited crew; you are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away at issues.You've proven to be organized with excellent communications and stakeholder management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. You are analytically oriented.
