Branch Manager

Our client, a well known regional bank, is seeking a Branch Manager for a Fairfield County location.
This role will oversee daily branch operations, team leadership, client relationship management, and business development activities. The ideal candidate will have prior retail banking management experience, strong knowledge of consumer and small business banking products, and a proven ability to drive branch performance and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include staff supervision, sales coaching, operational compliance, portfolio growth, and community engagement. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of retail banking experience
- Prior branch management or assistant branch management experience
- Knowledge of banking regulations and operational procedures
- Strong sales and business development background
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
