Bilingual Warehouse Operator / Machine Operator

Location: Memphis, TN (38116)

Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Bilingual Warehouse Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior operator experience, be comfortable working in varying indoor and outdoor temperature conditions, and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate equipment and machinery according to company standards and guidelines.
Perform daily operational tasks, inventory handling, and general warehouse duties.
Work productively in an environment exposed to seasonal hot and cold temperature variations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Prior experience as an operator in a warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing setting.
Language: Bilingual required (English / Spanish).
Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments (hot and cold weather conditions) and stand/move for extended periods.
Work Ethic: Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to safety protocols.
Must pass an interview process prior to hire.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $16.00 Per Hour
