Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide individualized counseling sessions to clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness to meet diverse mental health needs. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to assess client progress, adapt treatment plans, and ensure that all care strategies are effectively implemented. \n
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation to track client progress and safeguard sensitive information, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n
- Design personalized care strategies and offer post-treatment resources that empower clients to continue their mental health journey independently. \n
- Engage in community outreach events to promote mental health awareness and build strong connections within the Allentown community. \n
Your work will primarily focus on supporting adults and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. Through empathetic listening and tailored interventions, you will help these clients navigate their unique experiences, ultimately empowering them to develop resilience and effective coping strategies.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution. \n
- Possession of active, independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania. \n
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating clinical competence and a commitment to ongoing professional development. \n

- Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling, leveraging technology to enhance client support and engagement. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions specific to diverse populations and cultural backgrounds. \n
- Proven ability to function effectively in a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. \n
