This position operates entirely within a telehealth framework, allowing therapists to offer services remotely while connecting effectively with patients via video conferencing platforms. Our work setting promotes flexibility in scheduling, while maintaining consistent hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, yielding personalized treatment strategies and intervention plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and more, to individuals, couples, and families seeking support.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups designed to address pressing mental health issues while fostering community connections among participants.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, assessing their needs and coordinating further care.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge about their treatment options and available resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards using robust electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
