TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Bellevue, Nebraska, 68123!

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years required in General Surgery, endoscopic procedures, and orthopedics. License: Active RN license required. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Candidates must be comfortable with orthopedic cases. Previous teaching hospital and community hospital experience required. First-time travelers not accepted. Description: This position involves working in a busy operating room environment. The daily case load consists of 15-20 surgeries. Candidates will need to assist in precepting and orienting new staff and travelers. Holiday and weekend on-call duties are required, averaging 5-6 shifts per month. No overnight shifts will be scheduled. The facility manages 6 operating rooms. It is expected that all staff work collaboratively and support each other. Candidates should have experience with specialized procedures including but not limited to: - Abdominoplasty - Anterior cervical fusion - Arthroscopy - Breast augmentation - Total joint replacement Knowledge of infection control practices and safety protocols is essential. Scrubs will be provided by the facility. Candidates will be part of an interdisciplinary support team. A focus on patient-centered care is crucial in this role.
