Entry Level Engineer

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with plans production and design tasks under the direction of an engineer for transportation projects 3D modeling from preliminary to final design. Assist in the development of specifications, reports, and cost estimates. Data sensitivity - Internal Coordinate with project staff, other disciplines and sub-consultants, departments, and reviewers to ensure accuracy and quality of work. Maintain project documentation. Deliver project tasks on time and on budget. Learn and utilize typical design software packages. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or other related engineering BS by spring of 2027. Design experience a plus. EIT or Engineering Intern certification or plans to obtain prior to graduation Experience in OpenRoads Designer a plus. Experience in Traffic Design is a plus. Familiarity with Synchro and Highway Capacity Software is a plus. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
