Nurse Manager - Full Time - Jacksonville, FloridaDuval Regional Rehabilitation HospitalWe are seeking a Nurse Manager to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!The Nurse Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the coordination, supervision, and clinical oversight of nursing services within our inpatient rehabilitation unit in collaboration with Chief Nursing Officer. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and evidence-based practices. The Nurse Manager serves as a mentor and resource to nursing staff, fostering professional growth, accountability, and a culture of teamwork. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, the Nurse Manager facilitates optimal patient outcomes through effective communication, staff development, resource management, and continuous performance improvement. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, healing environment where patients recovering from complex medical conditions, surgeries, or trauma receive comprehensive rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
