Come join our family!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC STORE MANAGERAs an HVAC Store Manager for one of our locations, you are a strategic leader that continually comes up with appropriate strategies to increase performance and productivity. Working with outside sales personnel, you also help develop effective sales programs and promotions for your branch. You resolve customer complaints and dispute effectively. With attention to detail and efficiency, you accurately complete transactions and paperwork. Your style of leadership fosters teamwork, respect, cooperation, accountability, and trust.You are responsible for coordinating and overseeing all operations, including the hiring, training, and supervision of branch staff. Under your exceptional leadership, all counter sales, warehouse, and delivery staff are inspired to take pride in their work and provide above-and-beyond customer service. As a hands-on leader, you model prompt, professional service when answering incoming telephone calls and greeting walk-in customers.
