Registered Nurse - PACU

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). Responsibilities include: Conducting assessments, addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests, evaluating intervention effectiveness, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshooting equipment, participating in evidence-based practice and quality safety programs, and contributing to unit and organizational goals. Qualifications and Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty training program (required), bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to work in a clinical environment, with flexibility for some weekend and holiday shifts. The role involves active participation in patient education, discharge planning, and safety initiatives, requiring strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and clinical skills.
