Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an OB/GYN Physician with Mercy Medical Group, you will join a thriving multi-specialty group in the Sacramento, CA area, directly impacting women's health through a balanced 50/50 mix of obstetrics and gynecology. You'll be primarily based at Methodist Hospital of Sacramento, a facility featuring a Level 2 NICU, ensuring comprehensive care for your patients. You will provide exceptional patient care, managing both obstetric and gynecological cases, collaborating closely with a team of experienced physicians offering continuity of care to your patients.

• Full time and part time positions available.

• Join an established group of OB/GYN Physicians

• Incoming physician would be based out of Methodist Hospital of Sacramento in Sacramento, CA

• Level 2 NICU at Methodist Hospital of Sacramento

• 50/50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Call 1:9

• Robotics available, though not required

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong commitment to patient well-being and a comprehensive understanding of both obstetrics and gynecology. Ideal candidates will be board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN Physicians with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment.

• We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

• Shareholder track, competitive compensation with bonus potential, desirable benefits

• Option for additional income with hospitalist and back-up shifts at regional hospitals

• Compensation Range: $370,000 - $390,000 / Year with opportunities for additional call pay

Job Requirements

Required:

• MD or DO degree

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/Gyn (ABMS or AOA)

• Active or eligible California medical license in the state of California.

• DEA certification

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
