Learning Support Assistant (Full Time) Hailsham £14.24 – £14.50 per hour (depending on experience and/or qualifications) September 2026 Start (FTC) - Can start 1st June 2026 The School and Role Vision for Education are seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a nurturing primary school in Hailsham. This full‑time role involves providing 1:1 and small‑group support for two children in KS1, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and thrive in the classroom. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support, implement strategies, and create a positive, inclusive environment where both children feel valued, understood, and encouraged. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners and making a meaningful difference in their school experience.
