Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health conditions and objectives. \n
- Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ individual goals and needs. \n
- Facilitate individual therapeutic sessions using evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services to clients in immediate need, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive modalities. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and resources to stay current on industry trends and best practices. \n
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client care strategies and share resources with fellow therapists. \n
Our patients encompass a wide range of demographics and mental health needs, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use challenges. Our therapists work primarily with adult clients, allowing you to utilize your expertise to support individuals facing diverse psychosocial issues. By focusing on evidence-based treatment approaches, you will contribute to empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals in a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients. \n
- A genuine commitment to empathy and compassion in client interactions. \n
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring client needs are met promptly. \n
- No history of disciplinary infractions at the state licensing board. \n

- Prior experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling is highly valued. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management. \n
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competence in therapy practices. \n
