Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both mechanical and electrical components? We're looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join a skilled team responsible for building high-quality electro-mechanical products in a clean, organized manufacturing environment.
You'll work on everything from cable harnesses and box builds to wiring, valve assemblies, and pneumatic systems , using schematics and engineering drawings to bring products to life.
\uD83D\uDE80 What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble electro-mechanical components, cable harnesses, box builds, and valve assemblies
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings
• Perform point-to-point wiring and basic electrical assembly
• Route, bundle, secure, and terminate wiring and cable assemblies
• Complete soldering, crimping, and other precision assembly tasks
• Build and support pneumatic assemblies following detailed instructions
• Use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, torque tools, and crimpers
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow clean room procedures
• Work closely with teammates to meet production goals and deadlines

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings
• Experience with cable harness assembly and box builds
• Electrical assembly and wiring experience
• Strong soldering and crimping skills
• Comfortable using a variety of hand tools
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment

Bonus Points If You Have

• Electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Pneumatic or valve assembly experience
• Inspection and quality control experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude

\uD83C\uDFED Work Environment & Schedule

You'll work in a clean room environment alongside a team of about 15 assemblers using precision tools and equipment.
Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• \uD83C\uDF19 Swing Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Swing shift employees will train on the day shift for the first few weeks.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
