Job Description:
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Architect to join our innovative team. As a Java Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable Java-based solutions, providing technical leadership, and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java technologies, architectural principles, and a proven track record of designing and implementing robust and scalable systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of complex Java-based applications and systems.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, frameworks, and tools to meet project objectives.
- Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful software solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the architectural roadmap.
- Proven experience as a Java Architect, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Java technologies and frameworks, including Spring, Hibernate, and related tools.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
