This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. What We're Looking For

• Required certification must be obtained prior to onboarding/interview
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus
• Comfortable using a mobile device for documentation
• Ability to successfully pass a background check prior to employment

What You'll Do

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Providing personal care and mobility assistance as appropriate
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Running errands and assisting with grocery shopping or appointments, as needed
• Observing and reporting changes in clients' health or condition
• Completing required documentation using a mobile device
• Building meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
