Project Manager

Job Summary The Project Manager isn’t afraid of moving parts. They break down large-scale, complex playground construction projects into actionable items from start to finish. Through effective planning and communication, they assist with team retention and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities and Duties Work with the Head of Construction to define all construction details. Create a project plan, schedule, and timeline. Define project scope, identifying goals and deliverables. Identify project risks during the planning phase and create contingency plans. Lead scheduled meetings to address challenges, discuss progress, and meet project objectives. Inform the team of any changes to the client’s needs. Effectively delegate by assigning tasks to team members. Limit scope creep to prevent overrun budgets and missed deadlines. Address sudden challenges or emergencies. Allocate all resources and monitor the project budget. Oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring efficient workflow and resource management. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Build strong relationships based on open communication and trust with key clients, stakeholders, and community groups. Study all data at project completion to identify flaws and develop plans for future issues. Document what went well during the project. Schedule a meeting with team members to provide project feedback. Access install instructions for repairs replacements and warranties. Troubleshoot, Install and complete minor playground repairs, replacements and warranties and work with appropriate manufactures to determine means and methods of repair. #J-18808-Ljbffr Midstates Recreation
