A leading manufacturer in the flexible packaging industry is hiring Press Operators with experience running rotogravure or gravure printing equipment to join their growing production team.

What You’ll Do

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot rotogravure/gravure printing presses
  
  
• Perform press changeovers, cylinder changes, ink setup, and registration adjustments
  
  
• Maintain print quality, color consistency, and production standards
  
  
• Monitor press performance and make minor mechanical adjustments
  
  
• Complete quality checks and documentation throughout production runs
  
  
• Work closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams
  
  
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Press Operator (or equivalent)
  
  
• Hands-on gravure or rotogravure press operation experience
  
  
• Strong knowledge of flexible packaging materials (PE, PET, BOPP, laminates, etc.)
  
  
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to work assigned shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
