Automotive knowledge and experience are preferred but we are willing to train a motivated candidate.ResponsibilitiesWriting repair orders, capturing information, and checking for recalls and warranty coverage with different manufacturers.Build accurate estimates using all data and our DMS (Tekion)Move vehicles through the software processEffective communication with all team membersInvoice / bill repair ordersCode warranty claimsAssistance with moving vehicles around the lot and prep for techniciansRead and understand technical notes and make sure all information is on the invoiceQualificationsClean driver's license and background check (we screen)Attention to detailAble to work independently and be productive as well as be a team playerComputer knowledge and the ability to type 30 words per minuteFamiliar with using a calculator/adding machineCompetency to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal mistakesRequired to learn warranty and Ingersoll Auto policies and proceduresCompensationBase pay plus both weekly and monthly variable bonusesBenefits available to full-time team members, including health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and 401K plan
