Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time or Part-TimeOur client, a well-established pediatric dental practice in Pascagoula, Mississippi, is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their growing team. Whether you're looking for a full-time career or the flexibility of a part-time schedule, you'll be joining a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric dental care.Schedule:Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.Compensation & Benefits:Starting at $40+ per hour, depending on experience.Full-Time: Comprehensive benefits package.Part-Time: Limited benefits.Established patient base.Supportive, team-oriented culture.Modern, child-friendly practice.Opportunity for long-term professional growth.Responsibilities:Provide preventive hygiene care for infants, children, and adolescents.Perform dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, fluoride treatments, and sealants.Take diagnostic radiographs as needed.Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.Create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols.Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.Qualifications:Active Mississippi Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.Current CPR/BLS certification.Pediatric dental experience is preferred but not required.New graduates are encouraged to apply.Excellent communication and patient education skills.Friendly, energetic, and patient-focused attitude.Ability to build rapport with children and families.If you're passionate about helping children develop healthy smiles and want to be part of a caring, collaborative pediatric team, we'd love to hear from you!
