Senior Grants Manager

Overseeing the full lifecycle of grants and contracts, the remote Senior Grants and Contracts Manager will manage proposal development, compliance, reporting, and closeout processes while ensuring adherence to funder requirements and organizational policies. Key responsibilities Provides end-to-end management of a portfolio of prime grants and contracts, including monitoring performance and managing amendments Interprets regulations and ensures compliance with award requirements while conducting risk assessments throughout the award lifecycle Develops and improves grants management policies and systems to enhance tracking of award requirements and streamline reporting processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, finance, law, public health, or a related field 8-10 years of experience in grants administration, contracts management, or a related field Demonstrated experience managing complex contracts or subawards in federally funded environments Strong knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and federal grant requirements Proficiency in MS Office Suite; language proficiency in Portuguese, French, or Spanish is a plus
