Senior Manager, Emerging Talent & Intern Programs

Ramp is seeking a builder to lead the Emerging Talent function, reporting to the Head of Talent. You will set the strategy for internship programmes, early-career recruiting, campus and community relationships, events, candidate programming and conversion of top interns into full-time roles. You will spearhead a world-class internship experience, partner with engineering and product leaders, and create repeatable systems that give Ramp a competitive edge in attracting exceptional talent. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ramp
