Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Staff Accountant to process transactions accurately, investigate financial discrepancies and assist with bank reconciliations. This role requires at least 3 years of accounting experience, ERP systems experience and excellent attention to detail. This temporary-to-hire role is in Walnut Creek, CA and the anticipated pay rate is $30/hr - $50/hr.

Responsibilities:

Transfer funds to pay invoices and vendors
Deposit receipts and process refunds
Record all transactions through journal entries
Prepare financial reports and analyses as requested
Complete bank reconciliations
Investigate financial discrepancies and research complex issues
Assist with annual filing and preparation of 1099s
Work on various accounting projects as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with ERP systems required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills
Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities

Pay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
