This position is at the heart of our financial operations, managing a meticulous step-by-step process in the accounts payable realm, requiring a nuanced grasp of debits and credits.

Responsibilities:

1. Detailed Accounts Payable Management:
   • Navigate the intricacies of the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and compliance at each step.
   • Oversee a multi-level approval system for invoices, guaranteeing meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established protocols.
   • Weekly processing of payments, maintaining a well-organized inbox for internal staff-generated invoices.
2. Systematic Invoice Handling:
   • Receive and organize invoices submitted by internal staff, tracking approvals and supporting documentation.
   • Compile approved invoices into a comprehensive document for review by Finance team supervisors and the CFO.
   • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness before final approval.
3. Payment Finalization:
   • Enter payment details and vendor banking instructions into our online bank system with precision.
   • Collaborate closely with the CFO to secure final approval for outgoing payments.
   • Ensure seamless coordination between internal processes and online banking systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in handling intricate accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Advanced understanding of accruals, financial statements, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
