Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 9:45 PM – 6:15 AM | Monday – Friday | 40 Hours/Week | Every 4th Weekend & Holiday Rotation

Pay Rate: $800 - $982.50/Week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician to perform sterile processing duties and support hospital-wide equipment management.

Required Qualifications

• Previous hospital sterile processing experience required.

• Travel experience required; first-time travelers are not being considered.

• Current BLS certification.

• CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA certification required.

• Strong knowledge of sterile processing and infection prevention standards.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, decontaminate, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments.

• Operate and monitor sterilization and processing equipment.

• Perform hospital equipment rounds, including cleaning and disinfecting pumps, channels, and other equipment.

• Maintain equipment and supply par levels.

• Follow infection control, safety, and hospital procedures.

• Document sterilization and equipment activities.

• Support OR and other departments with instruments and equipment.

• Participate in weekend/holiday call and float as needed.
