Landscape Account Manager

Phoenix Landscapes is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Landscape Account Manager to join our team in Conway - PHX. This role involves managing a portfolio of maintenance contracts, working closely with an experienced Account Manager to deliver exceptional service to a variety of customers. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a commercial landscape maintenance portfolio, including customer service, enhancement sales, and quality and production expectations.
• Anticipate and address customer problems and concerns, striving to exceed expectations.
• Build and maintain proactive communication and positive business relationships with clients, property managers, HOAs, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with peer managers on various projects to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct property evaluations and client meetings to assess needs and satisfaction, troubleshooting issues as necessary.
• Oversee financial management and profitability goals, including job cost reports and budget management.
• Supervise and develop maintenance crews, ensuring adherence to work schedules and safety standards.
• Coordinate equipment, manpower, and materials for efficient project execution.
• Engage in cross-training with colleagues from other divisions and departments.
• Ensure safety and security at job sites for all employees and customers.

Qualifications

• AS or BS degree in Horticulture, Construction, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, plant identification, and irrigation techniques preferred.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees at all levels.
• Adaptability and sound judgment when faced with multiple competing priorities.

Compensation

Pay: Negotiable based on experience
