This is a full-time driving position where you'll provide safe, reliable transportation for patients attending medical and behavioral health appointments while building meaningful, ongoing relationships with the people you serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients using wheelchair-accessible vehicles
• Provide door-through-door assistance, including help with wheelchairs and mobility devices
• Follow DOT, ADA, and Kentucky Medicaid NEMT regulations
• Maintain on-time pickups and drop-offs using our driver app
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, clinics, and patients
• Complete required trip and incident documentation accurately
