About the Position

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 3x12-Hour Shifts, Rotating Days and Nights | Onsite

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry/PCU setting with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Float within scope to meet unit and facility needs as required
Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
Complete all required pre-start modules prior to entering the facility and adhere to onboarding compliance timelines

Required Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania or Multistate/Compact RN license required at time of submission
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (AHA certifications only accepted); must be current at submission
Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Telemetry and/or PCU
Willingness to float within the hospital and potentially to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius
Availability to work every other holiday
Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Cerner electronic health records
First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Two supervisor references preferred
