Our top priority is to provide the highest levels of patient-centered care to those we serve./ppWCDC is an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) facility using FDA approved medication paired with behavioral health counseling. Our individual service plans are built around patients in a supportive, safe environment to create a personalized pathway to recovery. In addition to recovery, we also offer planned patient transportation and family and social support./ppPosition Summary/ppThe Mobile Dispensary Nurse plays a critical role in WeCare Daily Clinics mission to deliver compassionate, member-centered opioid treatment directly to communities. Working aboard mobile units, this position ensures the safe and efficient dispensing of medication, maintains regulatory compliance, and supports daily clinical operations. The ideal candidate is a skilled and adaptable nurse with a passion for community-based care./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliAccurately dispense prescribed opioid agonist medications in accordance with clinic protocols and regulations./liliTrack, reconcile, and report medication inventory for each shift./liliEnsure dispensary operations run smoothly and efficiently, escalating supply needs as needed./liliAdminister and document tuberculosis (TB) testing and follow-up care, including referrals for chest x-rays./liliMaintain clear, accurate, and timely records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system./liliProvide general nursing support as directed by the Mobile Nurse Clinical Supervisor./liliSafeguard all medications, records, and controlled documents per DEA, DOH, and OTP guidelines./liliStay current on relevant federal, state, and local regulations./liliSupport regulatory audits and internal reviews to ensure ongoing compliance./liliFoster a collaborative, respectful, and supportive team environment./liliActively participate in team meetings, trainings, and development opportunities./li/ulpQualifications/ppEducation Licensure/pulliGraduate of an accredited nursing program./liliActive Washington State nursing license (LPN or RN)./liliBLS certification (or must obtain within 90 days of hire)./li/ulpPreferred Experience/pulliExperience working in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) dispensary is highly valued./liliFamiliarity with medication inventory systems and dosing protocols./liliBackground in behavioral health or mental health care is a plus./li/ulpAdditional Requirements/pulliAt least 1 year of direct patient care experience in a clinical setting./liliProficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite./liliStrong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills./liliAbility to work independently and effectively with diverse populations./liliMust pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening./liliNo current or recent history of substance use./li/ulpPhysical Requirements/pulliMust be able to stand, sit, and move for extended periods during a shift./liliAbility to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (e.g., supplies, equipment, files)./li/ulpWork Environment/ppThis position is based in a mobile clinic setting and requires flexibility to travel across communities, often in underserved or remote areas.
