A.J. Perri Plumbing Heating and Cooling is In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

Responsibilities

As an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator you will:

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC plumbing tune-ups replacements and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.

Qualifications

What You Need

You dont need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail kiosk Door-to-Door or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
