Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Type: Full-time Shifts: Days (8:00 AM to 7:00 PM) **Sign-on & Relocation Case by Case up to $10,000** Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and clinically driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a privately held, clinician-led ABA organization that prioritizes quality care, work-life balance, and clinician ownership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Conduct curriculum-based assessments, including: VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS-R, AFLS Other appropriate tools Oversee programmatic data collection, analysis, and reporting Design and deliver family training programs Implement and supervise programs targeting: Social skills, Gross motor development, Natural environment teaching Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide supervision, mentoring, and training to behavior technicians Qualifications: High school diploma (documentation required for employment) Active BCBA certification in good standing New graduate BCBAs with valid certification are encouraged to apply Strong interest in serving children across a range of developmental needs **Higher bonuses and incentive compensation, which can exceed $20,000 per year based on performance.**
