CNC Programmer

Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain CNC programs for machining operations.
- Develop precise instructions for cutting tools and production processes.
- Select appropriate cutting tools based on material specifications and machining requirements.
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and models to determine efficient production methods.
- Set up CNC machines to manufacture components according to program specifications.
- Verify program accuracy and ensure production quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve machining efficiency and workflow.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues as needed.
- Follow company safety and quality procedures.
- Experience programming 3-axis CNC milling machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and manufacturing processes.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Experience in millwork, woodworking, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- CNC machine setup and operating experience is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
