We value hard work, collaboration, mentorship, and creating opportunities for our people to grow.THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Project Engineer, you'll support the project team from startup through closeout, helping ensure information is accurate, organized, and communicated to the right people at the right time.Working closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients, you'll play an important role in project coordination and documentation while gaining the experience needed to continue growing your construction career.WHAT YOU'LL DOCoordinate project information and communication between field and office teamsMaintain RFI logs and help ensure questions are answered and communicated to project stakeholdersLog, transmit, track, and distribute submittalsAssist with the preparation and distribution of owner and project correspondenceCoordinate subcontractor maintenance of as-built documentsMaintain organized and accurate project documentation and document controlSupport subcontract administration and project trackingMonitor productivity and assist with project reportingSupport Pavilion's quality assurance practices and proceduresWork closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to address project needs and keep work moving forwardBuild your project management skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and increasing responsibilityWHAT YOU'LL BRINGExperience supporting construction projects in a Project Engineer or similar roleWorking knowledge of RFIs, submittals, as-builts, and construction document controlAbility to read and understand construction documents, plans, and specificationsStrong organization and attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlinesA proactive, problem-solving approachAbility to collaborate effectively with field teams, project management, subcontractors, and design partnersProficiency with construction project management software and Microsoft OfficeA desire to continue learning and developing toward greater project management responsibilityReady to build your vision?
