Responsibilities

Responsible for providing courteous and competent services to ensure guests are processed efficiently during check-in on arrival and check-out on departure.

Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following:

• Complete necessary paperwork and respond to guest comments and requests.
• Collect proper cash, credit card, or other form of payment.
• Post all room charges, paid outs, and corrections accurately.
• Check availability and rates on a continuous basis.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
• Bilingual highly desirable.
• High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.
