Operations Manager

You’ll work directly with the Director of Operations, holding the operational infrastructure that keeps compliance clean, systems running, people paid correctly, and the hiring pipeline moving. Job Responsibilities Own the compliance and documentation calendar, ensuring carrier requirements, licensing renewals, and regulatory deadlines are tracked accurately and never forgotten. Support payroll processing and accounting workflows, maintaining accuracy under pressure and flagging issues before they reach the Director’s desk. Run the hiring and onboarding process: post roles, screen applications, schedule interviews, and set up new hires on day one. Coordinate IT and technology support—manage vendor relationships, maintain system access, and prevent bottlenecks in agency management systems. Manage the operational calendar—keep meetings, renewal deadlines, and internal follow‑ups on radar before they’re due. Operate independently in a small‑firm environment, making decisions and executing tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining absolute discretion with confidential information.
