Job Title: MS Power Platform Developer & Architect

Location: Raleigh, NC

Contract

Responsibilities:

• Create a pipeline to mirror SQL data held in an AWS hosted cloud DB down to Dataverse.
• Extract lists of active facilities to serve as the census for establishments to be billed.
• Create automations linked to Dynamics records to create invoices, send them to email addresses on file, and track payments received or outstanding.
• Leverage PayIt to facilitate online payments.
• Consume PayIt reports in Dynamics and convert them into Payments records corresponding to open Invoices, which can then be marked closed.
• Log checks received, submit them to the controller, and reconcile them in order to square records to NCFS.
• Manage all communication around invoicing through the case management system, logging calls and emails with relationships defined to associated records such as Contact, Case, and Invoice.
• Create a reporting system to look at invoicing metrics and program performance.
• Create a robust ALM system using 3 environments (Development, UAT and PROD) where GUIDs and other components are synchronized throughout to allow for seamless promotion of new functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation.
• 7 years of experience with PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse.
• 7 years of experience with SQL database structure.
• Microsoft Certification-Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher is highly desired.
• 7 years of experience demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• 7 years of experience demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 7 years of experience with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 7 years of experience with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
