How you'll make an impact in this role

• Drive physical recovery by delivering tailored physical therapy interventions based on the established plan of care to maximize patient mobility and functional independence.
• Optimize clinical outcomes by utilizing specialized techniques and skills customized specifically to the unique needs of your patient population.
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently following each treatment intervention to ensure continuous, high-quality, and compliant records.
• Lead and mentor support staff by coordinating the daily activities of physical therapy aides, assistants, and students to maintain a seamless, efficient department workflow.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
