Qualifications: - 2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent - Previous management/leadership experience in a maintenance setting - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Duties are split between this role and the head technician on site. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 5 weeks Full time - year round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available! A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position. This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening. Valid driver's license required. A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
