Recruitment Manager

We’re looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join our growing US construction and engineering division in a leadership-focused role, with the opportunity to help drive market growth, develop a high-performing team, and play a key role in the expansion of the business. The role will suit someone who still enjoys the commercial side of recruitment but is also motivated by the opportunity to mentor, support, and help grow a successful team and market presence over time. The Role Lead and develop a specialist construction and engineering recruitment desk within the US market Drive business development activity and build long-term client partnerships Support, mentor, and collaborate with consultants across the growing US team Contribute to hiring strategy, team growth, and overall business expansion Manage the full recruitment lifecycle on key assignments and strategic accounts Help shape processes, market strategy, and the future direction of the US business What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ experience within agency recruitment, with strong 360 recruitment experience Proven track record of billing, business development, and market growth Experience within construction, infrastructure, or engineering recruitment preferred Previous experience mentoring, managing, or supporting consultants is advantageous Strong commercial awareness and client management skills Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by growth and leadership opportunities What We Offer Competitive base salary (dependent on experience) + uncapped, industry-leading commission structure + benefits package Clear progression opportunities within a rapidly growing US business A genuinely entrepreneurial environment with real autonomy and influence The opportunity to play a key role in building and scaling the US team Long-term opportunities to contribute to the growth and success of the business Backing from an established international group with a proven track record Why Join Us?
