MS/Tele Registered Nurse

RN MS/Tele Orthopedics

Location: Winston-Salem, NC Start: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days, 6:45 AM7:15 PM | 36 or 48 hrs/week Schedule: Self-scheduling | Block scheduling available Weekend: Every other weekend Offer: Auto Offer

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years acute inpatient RN experience
• Orthopedic experience required
• At least 1 year of orthopedic experience preferred/required per hardstop
• Epic experience required
• Travel experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted with Epic experience
• BLS and NIHSS required
• ACLS preferred
• IV starts and telemetry experience
• Charge experience preferred
• Must pass EKG testing before start

Unit/Patient Population:

• 56:1 ratios; may flex to 7:1 in extreme cases
• Orthopedic, neuro/spine, med-surg & post-surgical patients
• Strong pain-management experience needed
• Fast-paced unit
• Telemetry monitoring
• Float required to other med-surg units based on staffing
• Adults
• Rapid Response/Code Team support available

Additional:

• Every other weekend required
• Holiday RTO not allowed
• Maximum 7 days RTO for auto offer
• No additional RTO after booking
• COVID vaccine not required
• Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions accepted
• Local candidates accepted
• Block scheduling options: F/S/S or S/S/M
