Alternative Investments Service Manager

Morgan Stanley’s Alternative Investments Service Manager Assistant Vice President role focuses on delivering high‑touch, white‑glove service to the firm’s largest users of Alternative Investments products. Job Description & Responsibilities Serve as single point of contact and relationship manager for the largest users of Alternative Investments products. Deliver high‑touch, white‑glove level of service to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Partner closely with internal teams to leverage experience, develop synergies, and provide guidance to strengthen and grow Financial Advisor relationships. Distribute timely and accurate notifications within Alternative Investments to Financial Advisors and their teams. Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, including financial advisors, asset managers and fund administrators. Multi‑task in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Qualifications 4‑8 years’ experience in Financial Services. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities. CAIA designation or fund administration experience a plus. Securities licensing (SIE and Series7 or 99) preferred. Compensation Expected base pay ranges between $85,000 and $135,000 per year. Base pay is individualized and represents only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley‑sponsored benefit programs.
