What you will do You will get your own individual workstation each day, not an assembly line. It’s fast-paced and there are a variety of things you’ll do to make our parts. You’ll be able to earn more by achieving production targets. Most of our machine operators make over $20 per hour! Qualifications Technical Skills Ability to stand throughout shift and manage multiple tasks at once Attention to detail Experience in manufacturing is desired, but not required.
