Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/12/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing nursing care on a rotating day/night schedule, covering essential shifts including every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH). The position supports L&D services, ensuring patient safety and optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes during childbirth. Job Details: Schedule: Rotating day/night shifts with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid RN license/registration, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery, location requirements as per state and facility policies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM), certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for assisting with labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal stabilization, adhering to facility protocols, and ensuring patient care continuity. Flexibility to rotate shifts and work EOW and EOH schedules is essential.
