Senior Sales Specialist Immunohistochemistry

Leica Biosystems seeks a Senior Sales Specialist in Immunohistochemistry to drive revenue growth and market expansion across New Jersey territories. The fully remote role involves developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet commercial targets in cancer diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual product sales goals for assigned territory in coordination with local team
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce with coaching support
- Deliver sales support, coordinate product demos, installations, and customer training
- Expand Leica Biosystems influence and presence with prospective and current customers
- Monitor competitive activities and develop awareness of market strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3+ years sales experience in relevant field
- Proven time management and contract negotiation skills
- Salesforce.com or CRM software proficiency; Microsoft Office competency
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel 50-75% including overnight stays
Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
