Travel Registered Nurse, Stepdown Unit - $2,428 per week

Job Description & Requirements Travel or local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Details Specialty: PCU – Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/12/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours rotating (day/night) Employment Type: Travel RN Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Job Duties & Responsibilities Work 12‑hour rotating day/night shifts: 7:00 PM‑7:30 AM / 7:00 AM‑7:30 PM (3x12’s only). Shifts may vary to meet operational needs of the hospital. Work in HVTI‑Stepdown unit with potential to float to units J1‑2, J33 and ED for same patient population. Must work at least every other holiday. 18 months of permanent experience in stepdown specialty required prior to travel. 18 months of recent stepdown experience required (travel experience acceptable). PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required. Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license. Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation with acceptable scores. Two attempts maximum to pass assessments; otherwise, contract will be canceled. Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked. One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor or director in specialty required. Complete badging and fingerprinting at facility prior to start date. Complete 4‑15 hours of pre‑start modules via Silkroad system.
