Production Technician

Job Title: Production Technician Location: (Grand Rapids, OH Duration: Contract - 6 months Pay Range: $18.00/hr base. Job Description We are seeking a Production Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, production and harvest activities, visual inspection, and warehouse or manufacturing environments and a proven ability to operate safely, follow standard operating procedures, and meet production and quality targets. Responsibilities: Operate production and harvest equipment per work instructions. Perform inspection and quality checks to ensure product compliance. Support material movement and warehouse tasks, including sitting forklift operation as assigned. Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to safety policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic machine operation and production skills in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Ability to perform visual inspection and follow documented procedures. Ability to work 1st shift and flexibility to support other shifts if needed. Shift start times may vary and some weekend hours may be required. Safety toe work boots with a 6-inch height. Preferred Skills: Forklift certification. Training may be provided if not certified. Experience in agricultural harvest or seed production environments.
